Hello! My name is Ms. Bethany Paige. I am excited to start my second year of teaching at Saint Anthony's! I attended the University of New Haven in Connecticut, earning a Bachelors degree in Psychology in 2013, and a Masters degree in Elementary Education in 2015. I interned and student taught at a school in Mystic, Connecticut. I was also a substitute teacher prior to moving to Massachusetts.
I grew up in Groton, Connecticut, a small town on the shoreline. I come from a big family that keeps on growing! Growing up, there were so many of us that my parents often needed help preparing food for everyone. My parents taught me how prepare many delicious meals, which I still enjoy making for friends and family. Cooking is one of my favorite things to do.
I love to spend my spare time outdoors, usually exploring hiking trails and relaxing in my hammock. It's always exciting to discover a new place! When the weather keeps me indoors, I like to crochet and quilt. Learning how to create things is very fascinating, plus I end up with something useful, like a scarf or a blanket!
I look forward to a fabulous school year with you!
